Problem Statement
Many residents find it challenging to access local government services due to fragmented resources, complex processes, and lack of transparency. The absence of a centralized platform leads to inefficiencies, long waiting times, and a lack of trust in the accessibility and reliability of services.
Goal
To create an intuitive, reliable platform where users can easily navigate and access government services, minimizing friction and enhancing the quality of interaction between citizens and local authorities.Real-time availability, secure payment options, and seamless customer support make planning your next trip a hassle-free and enjoyable experience.
The primary aim is to simplify the way residents interact with government services, making these services more accessible, efficient, and transparent. By consolidating a variety of local government resources, KSMART aims to reduce the need for physical visits, cut down on wait times, and improve the overall user experience.

Built and tested essential features, including the onboarding process, service access dashboard, document submission, and payment gateway integration. Conducted usability testing with a sample group of Kerala residents to validate ease of use and functionality.
